NEW RETAIL CENTER
Area residents may have noticed the recent changes to the landscape near Tompkins and 1st Capital. Residences that housed Lindenwood’s students for the last ten years are disappearing to make way for a retail center. We are told we will eventually see a full-service grocery along with other stores. |

POST OFFICE
Our councilman has indicated that federal tax credits might be used to move the Post Office to the north end of this development. St. Joseph Hospital has plans for the property where the Post Office now stands. |
